Baroness Nicholson (Chair of UBBC), Christophe Michels (MD of UBBC) and Jon Allen (MD of G4S risk Management) made an extensive trip to Kyiv to meet leading Ukraine officials and politicians on 10th- 15th October. The discussions were very positive in terms of opportunities for British and International companies to help rebuild Ukraine, now and in the medium term.
The visit was organised with the support of Dmitro Natalukha MP, Chair of the economics affairs committee, parliament of Ukraine, and his wife Alona Shrum MP, and included many high-profile meetings including this sequence of events:

Meeting at the Verkhovna Rada with Ruslan Stefanchchuk, (Speaker of Ukrainian Parliament)
Evening Reception at the British Embassy in Kyiv and meeting with newly appointed British Ambassador and the Mayor of Kyiv.
Meeting with Victor Liashko, Minister of Health, and Oleksandr Azarkina, Deputy Minister of Health.
Meeting with Oleksandr Fedoryshyn, acting Head of State Property Fund of Ukraine Minister
Meeting with Volodymyr Demchuk, Director of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine
